Judge Abner Mikva Examines Unchecked Executive Power

ACS is honored to be hosting, in conjunction with the Jewish Law Students Association, Judge Abner Mikva, former White House Counsel, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, and former United States Representative from Illinois. Judge Mikva has had a long and distinguished career in all three branches of government, and his speech promises to be an excellent one.

Judge Mikva's address, "The President as Commander in Chief in the 21st Century," will examine the current use of executive power, and will be given on Wednesday, Nov. 16 at 12:10pm in Rm 122.
