YLS Faculty Panel Discusses Roberts Nomination

The YLS chapters of ACS and the Federalist Society co-sponsored a panel discussion John Roberts' nomination to the Supreme Court bench this week, in an effort to gain insight into the impact of his tenure after his all-but-assured appointment to the Chief Justice position.
